Tim Hudson shut out the Mets for seven innings and the Braves’ bullpen finished the job Saturday as Atlanta topped New York 4-0 at Citi Field.
Mets starter Mike Pelfrey got pounded for 12 hits in just four innings of work, giving up four earned runs and walking three. He lost his no-hitter on a first-inning Brian McCann single, bumping our NoNoHitters.com count to 7,731 New York Mets games with no no-no.
